The Foundation aims to help get more Leicester people online by bridging the 'digital divide' in some of the city's more deprived areas. We use IT to support and encourage local people to learn new skills and improve their chances of seeking employment.

We deliver a range of training courses...
Our Training and Information Centre in Belgrave is a UK online Centre where we deliver a range of ESOL courses, helping people gain confidence in English. We also provide IT, Basic Skills and UK Citizenship courses through one to one tuition and group work.

Learning together at home using computers...
We supply new and refurbished computers to families and encourage the use of IT in the home. Our trained technicians provide skilled assistance to make sure that there are no problems once computers have been delivered and installed.

Success Stories...

The charity was recently awarded funding from NIACE to deliver the Community Learning Champions scheme for the city and worked with over 30 organisations to encourage people to join informal learning groups.

As a UK online Community Capacity Builder Centre we are supporting other organisations in the city to help more people get online and overcome their fears of using the internet.
